"I make every attempt to showcase star qualities in a variety of ways."     (M. Marion)

While nobody is great at everything, everybody can be great at something.  I believe that doing one's very best is a attribute that can take she or he very far.  In fact, it just might be one of the top three characteristic a person must have next to integrity and ambition.  Below are just a few examples of how my hard work and perseverance has paid off!

A Girl's Gift, Inc. 2011 Entrepreneurial Award

My efforts as an entrepreneur were cultivated and recognized by the Indianapolis Chapter of the non-profit organization A Girl's Gift, Inc. The "Girls Gift Summer Program" is a series of seminars for Girls in 5th through 8th grades (or ages 10-14). The program culminates with an awards ceremony that honors their talents, achievements, newfound goals, and completion of the program. I was a 2011 The Girls Girl’s Gift Entrepreneurial Institute and Business Plan competition winner.  Each seminar targets one of our specific purpose areas: A Girl’s Gift of Entrepreneurship – A Girl’s Gift of Education - A Girl’s Gift of Mentorship, and - A Girl’s Gift of Community Service.
